The total area of the factory construction land is 230,000 square meters. The planned total building area is 110,000 square meters; the total investment for the construction plan is 500 million RMB. Phase one has been completed with a building area of 17,200 square meters, as well as pipeline roads, walls, security gates, and water and electricity supporting projects, with an investment of 60 million RMB. The second phase plans to invest 70 million RMB in a building area of 20,000 square meters in the northern factory area and related supporting projects, which are scheduled to be put into use by the end of 2017.
